Technical support is only a phone call away. When you dial our technical helpline, a highly qualified and experienced technical help team is standing by to assist you. For your convenience, from 8 am to 5 pm on Mondays to Fridays, our technical help team can be reached on 08611 ELVEY (35839).

Elvey’s repair team has a vast and wide knowledge of repairs that has been accumulated over the years.
Training
Elvey has ongoing training programmes countrywide available to you intended to enhance your technical knowledge, locate faults and maintain security systems with ease and confidence. We encourage our suppliers to work with us on our training programmes where we show and explain the features, navigation and usage of our products.
Blue Label Accreditation
Each installer that commits to the courses on our selected brands on offer will get Blue Label Trained Installer accreditation, which will be listed on our lead distribution list. All trainees have the choice of becoming a DSC, Impro Access Control or a CCTV trained Blue Label Installer.
** Please note that in order to do the DSC, Optex or Networx training, it is mandatory to complete the Intruder Alarms foundation course first. **
